Here's just a few projects we have completed over the years.
Santana Ranch (Hollister, CA)
While working throughout Northern California, we had the wonderful opportunity to work with Anderson Homes on this project in Hollister, CA. This great new home development in Hollister, called Santana Ranch, is quite a beauty to see in person. The new homes look exceptional, and the community seems to be growing; with a new school on the way and many more homes being built, this project is definitely one we enjoyed being a part of. We are honored and proud to show you our work with this amazing and professional company.
Oakland 5 (Oakland, CA)
The bay area is always growing and changing. With new developments being made every year, we came across a great housing development company by the name of City Ventures. City Ventures Residences offers attractive new homes in premier locations, at advantageous prices, and every home is a green home. City Ventures has combined a flexible and economical business model with a savvy understanding of the urban market, and choose to build in only the most desired city environments that reflect what people really want today and tomorrow. From start to finish, this company was a pleasure to work with. Their communication was outstanding at every stage of the project which made our job flow more enjoyable throughout the time we worked with them. This is one of the projects we collaborated with City Ventures to complete in the Bay Area.
Dove Hollow (Los Banos, CA)
Anderson Homes is constantly expanding throughout California and our relationship with them also continues to grow. This project in Los Banos, CA is a great expansion of their current housing development in the area. Los Banos being off of Highway 152, is growing by the minute. Anderson Homes, along with us; are happy to be a part of this city’s growth and hope to continue providing an excellent and attractive concrete fence system to this great city.
Aldi Supermarket (Fresno, CA)
Fresno is a major city in California that is constantly growing. Working with JI Garcia (General Contractor), we assisted them creating these concrete fences which separated the houses facing this new supermarket. The project went with ease, since GI Garcia stayed in communication with us with updates that occured on the project. This project took extra precision with making sure we did not affect the existing residents near the project. Overall, this project was a great experience to assist GI Garcia in opening up a new Aldi Supermarket in Fresno on Shaw Ave, all the while working with their timeline to facilitate the projects construction.
Hampton Inn (Fresno, CA)
There are Hampton Inn’s all around the United States, and we had a amazing chance to work on one of them in Fresno,CA. Having an apartment complex right behind the hotel, we had to take in consideration to not disturb anything past the project’s property line. With our easy installation system, we quickly installed our fence with limited disturbance to the area we worked on.
